Working for us

If you’re an experienced telemarketer or customer service representative seeking a new and varied challenge making outbound calls, then you should get in touch.

We can offer varied work, for example taking orders from schools, obtaining appointments with key decision makers in businesses or to undertaking surveys with members of the public. 

At Better for Everyone, things are very different: we promote collaboration between our staff so they can share ideas and learn from each other and improve the work they do for our clients. And we always ensure our staff represent us and our clients’ products or services honestly and truthfully. Similarly, we don’t give our staff target numbers of appointments, sales to make, or surveys to undertake.  However, that doesn’t make it an easy ride - we do expect commitment and hard work from everyone!

You’ll work on your own initiative and won’t be “reading from a script”.  Instead you’ll quickly develop knowledge of our clients, their products or services and benefits.  You must be confident and be able to demonstrate the ability to get through to the right people and arrange quality appointments. You must also be flexible and reliable.

Hours are full or part time and flexible between 8.30am and 8.30pm (hours vary depending on campaigns).  All positions are temporary in the first instance, but usually permanent contracts can be offered on satisfactory completion of a probation period.
